FFF- Happy Halloween

Last week we had ivited to the halloween party up in Portland. Kids had so much fun, it took them a little time to get warm up, but it was blast.

Yestuday we went to Doernbecker for treatment. Our plan was to do longer run for treatment,so she can skip Satuday treatments. Well, that didn't go well. First her line got blocked, we had to wait until that is working, then after 5 bags(total was 7) she started to itch all over her body, her blood pressure went up, so they decited to stop a not to try to finish. But she made it to BINGO game, she was exited i think she really needed :-) Anna was excited when they told her, that she dosen't need to go this satuday. We have great things planted for this weekend, but it will be just the girls :-).

Anna's treatment well ok if not count, that machine kept beeping at the beginning, telling that something wrong with line. She still got hives, so we will try different meds. Other good news is that we don't have to go up this Saturday :-) We stretching to once a week. HEY!!!

Hard Night

Anna had hard night last night. She had some muscle cramps and her legs were in pain. I don't know what causing that. We going today to Doernbecker and i hope to find the answer what causing her lags to hurt. Poor girl, she needs to get up, but she is very tired. It will be long day for her.

Anna is taking break from her acting classes this year until January. They keep their calsses very small. I think that is good.

Now we can at least sleep in on Saturdays and then go for her treatments. This weekend she has Halloween party to attend after her her treatment, we hopping they don't go to late :-) We never know if we will be done on time, even if she scheduled for 2pm it doesn't mean that it will start on time. They have only one person doing treatments on weekends and he can get soo booked up, he tells us that the doctors are funny, when they want something it needs to be done now and they don't like to wait.

There was one time He was doing Anna's treatment and one of the doctors, kept paging him asking when he will be starting with his patient as it was already 9pm and he wants to go home :-)but he can't leave because he has to be with her until the treatment is over. Next day we found out that he went home around 2am. We get a good lough about it (Sorry Docs) He always has interesting stories to tell about them.

Today treatment went well. Anna still got hives right after she was done:-) but they were not as itchy as the once she had last week, so we had to give her other meds for that.

Then she wanted to go to her friends house for overnight, but i had to go to ER with her friends mom. One of her kids bumped in to the wall, so he needed stitches. He did very well and even didn't cry when doctors tryed to check it out. He is almost 3yr.old.

It is funny thing that Anna right now have so many friends in the hospital, so when we go there she trying to visit everyone and make new ones :-)

We went to pumpkin patch today. Anna didn't been there since she was 5yr.old with school.

We went to DCH yesterday for her treatment she did got 1 hive and it was very itching and cry ed until they give her more meds. She was out sleeping for the rest of the treatment. With her body it seems one time works and next time doesn't, they prescribed more meds for her next treatment. After treatment we met with our friend she is student there for short time as she needed go back to her class :-) Then we went and visited Carrissa. Please pray for her, she will have surgery today at 1:30pm to put her shunt back, then she should be able to go home this weekend.
We will have another trip to DCH today for her other Dr. appointment and her treatment will be this Saturday.

Last weekend went well. She got to participate at Birthday Party for Carrissa and Shayne. We been able to stay on the 10th floor with her friends until her treatment.
Her treatments went well with out any hives :-). Her labs looked better, we hopping they will stay up. Latter that evening Shayne came for overnight to our house. They had a lots of fun.

Our trip to DCH (Doernbecker hospital) went well. We stayed there from 9:30 until 4:30pm Got treatment done play with friends played BINGO game and celebrate My birthday :-)

Anna's treatments still will be 2 times a week until her numbers are stable. Last week she had to had 3 treatments, so our doctor doesn't think is good idea to even try go whole week with out treatments. So i will have to drive her to DCH every time. She made so many friends there and she thinks that is pretty much her life right now. Doctors prescribing her more steroids for treatments I personally don't really like that idea, because it looks like she still has reactions to is, so for this Sat. they prescribed even more.RRR.

Anna's blood pressure is stable right now. Her labs looks like they are better, they going up. She will be receiving another treatment tomorrow and on Sat. and next week we want to try to go once a week. We are hopping that her body is getting better and she will be done with all her treatments.
We will be visiting Carrissa tomorrow, please keep her in your prayers, she is not doing well, for more info check her page it is on side bar.
Also tomorrow is my birthday and i will be in the Hospital...... o well it will be great day.

Well, we got home last night :-)
Her numbers still go down,but we are home. We will do another test tomorrow and see what happens next. We can't do ant scheduling right now.
Anna didn't go school today, i let her to take a rest and she did slept till 9am :-) Tomorrow back to school. Don't forget to check other kids on my side bar and see how they doing. Right now please keep Carrissa in your prayers as she is recovering from major surgeries.

We still in the hospital

We still here, Anna's numbers still go down since last wed. She will be getting another treatment today and we will see what her labs today and they will make decision on if she will be going home or not.
Last night she got her treatment later in the evening around 8:30 pm, every time she has her treatment her reaction to it getting worse. they had to give her benadryl two times and some other medications to stop her from hiving. She got up this morning and still had few hives left from last night on her neck.
Right now she is visiting with friend Carrissa who has spina befida and she will be 8yr. old next week and she had 53 surgeries in her life.

We are at DCH right now, waiting for Anna's treatment. They were supposed to start at 2pm and right now is after 7 and we sill waiting :-)
Anna is having fun with her friends here wile waiting for her treatment. She is hopping to stay overnight tonight, I don't thing i am looking for it. OOO Well we will wait and see.
More updates later.

Today we had to rush to Doernbecker, as Anna's platelets start dropping. So she couldn't last a week with out her treatment :-( She had her treatment done and we back home. We still hopping that Anna's body will eventually stop dropping them and we don't have to go there. She will have to go back to Doenbecker this coming Sat. for her treatment and then we will take day at the time to figure it out what our plans for next day.
